Do you offer yarn-dyed or piece-dyed towels?
We specialize in both. Our Cotton Stripe yarn-dyed towels offer excellent color fastness and a premium finish, while our piece-dyed options provide a wide range of solid pantone colors.
What GSM ranges do you manufacture?
Our standard production ranges from 150 GSM to 300 GSM for kitchen and tea towels. However, we can customize the weight based on your specific retail requirements.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per design/color. For custom OEM projects or private labels, MOQ may vary based on the yarn and fabric complexity.
Can you provide private labeling and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer full OEM services, including custom sewn-in care labels, hang-tags, and branded polybags or master cartons ready for retail display.
Can I request a technical sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We provide pre-production samples (PPS) for quality approval. While the samples are often free, the courier charges are typically covered by the buyer.
What are your standard lead times for production?
Our typical lead time is 45 to 60 days from the receipt of the workable LC or advance payment, depending on the order volume and current production schedule.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We primarily work on FOB Karachi or CFR (Cost and Freight) terms. For established partners, we can also discuss other arrangements.
